These sample Standby Guardianship documents have been designed by the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Program's Family Law Repres entation Committee to help people without lawyers in the D.C. Family Court.     PDF Standby Guardianship Designation - This is used to by a parent or legal custodian to name a Standby Guardian.
         
    PDF   Standby Guardianship Petition/Parent - This is used by a parent or legal custodian to petition for Court approval of the Standby Guardianship Designation.
